Books: The Third Party Apple Aperture books from amazon.com were not as useful to my student experience as was the official Apple Training Series Book for Aperture 3 by Dion Scoppettuolo with the DVD ROM disk. It certified for Level 1 Certification Training, and has information students can use. We use Aperture 3 in the Mac lab for creating slideshows and Contact Sheets. We can also use other digital asset management software as discussed in class.
Photo 120 uses Aperture more than students in Photo150 and 151… We need to also experiment with available software and be aware of Adobe Bridge and Adobe Lightroom.
